I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also!

I have been fortunate to work with Diana on several art/photography projects . She is always wonderful to work with. Diana gave me terrific advice on design choices, answered my questions, listened to and clarified my ideas and worked patiently with me to create finished products that I love.
