I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this.

Just wanted to drop a quick message about how happy I am about the quality of the product I received and also the incredible service. I had originally ordered a product I later realized wasn't what I wanted so I had phoned and the clear communication and prompt help allowed the proper changes be made. My latest order a 40x40 inch frame has an imperfection on it! I’m so disappointed. I need to hang my solo exhibition on March 28 so there isn’t time for a replacement
