They specialize in fine art prints, so they are better set-up for making superior small-batch high-quality prints than an outfit that relies on volume sales. I received the print of my order and it is terrific. I know the mosaic aspect is not perfect but it serves my purpose very well. In fact I would like to place a second order using the same mosaic pictures and a different main photo.
