I ordered a photo of my daughters edited in to Pop art and I am thrilled with the results. I must add that the person I was dealing with (Kathleen) was so patient and accommodating that I tried to look up her last name through your company website so I could send a personal thank you note to your office in Vancouver. Her demeanor was fantastic, despite my numerous requests for changes/additions, and the final result was a exactly what I had in mind. My order was shipped out today and I can\'t wait to see it. I am extremely disappointed in the mug you produced. I ordered the 15 oz mug as shown on your website, but that is not what I received. In fact, I measured the liquid capacity, and it\'s 13.5 oz, not 15 oz. In addition, the background of the artwork I sent was white, but the final product has tiny pink and purple dots all over it. I will never be using your company again.
