i was a bit nervous
got my pictures! LOVE them! They turned out better then i thought- i was a bit nervous-----Thankyou for all of your help and how swiftly you worked to make them happen-sorry that i wasnt as swift, but i wasnt in a huge hurry as they were christmas gifts! hoping to order more soon...this time for me... I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
