The quality of the t-shirt material is very cheap. I am really disappointed. For the price, the t-shirt fabric could have been much, much better.

I'll be sure to save all of my future cellphone pictures as large files! You've been accommodating and so easy to work with (and encouraging, when I thought this would never happen). I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also!

Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed.
KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.
